Application Status:
We cannot provide a status update for you at this time.
It may take 2 weeks from the day you submit your application until your status is "In Process."
If you applied in person or renewed by mail, your application is delivered to a mail facility, your payment is processed, and your application is entered into our system and sent to us.
If you renewed online, your payment is processed and your application is entered into our system.
If your status update is "Not Available" and it has been over 2 weeks since you applied, we may be experiencing a temporary technical issue with our online status system. Check your status on another web browser or wait several hours to check again.
If you have a hyphen, two capital letters, or a suffix in your last name, the name you entered on this page may be different than the one in our system. Try re-entering your last name in a different way (e.g. without the hyphen).
